More words from the famous Albert Einstein, Canada is equivalent to the US- except free health care here.
Sums up to 5 canadians i believe. Canadians who live in igloos are probably Iqaluit people. (Which is not even a province/territory)

Differences between Canada and the US
1. Provicial laws are not as powerful as state laws. Our federal laws are much more intrusive into the provincial government.
2. Canada is technically still a Commonwealth state of Britain, like Australia.
3. Prime Minister is not a sole power unlike the President. President's power > PM's power.
4. Country climates are different. While Canada is generally cold all over the country, the USA has varying extremes, even if you don't include Alaska.
5. Different stereotypes exist.
6. Slight variations on written language (English).
7. The two official languages of Canada are English and French. I don't think Spanish is an official language of America, but it's widely spoken and may as well be.
8. Agricultural differences; Canada is only capable of farming certain crops due to the weather. America is able to harvest a variety of produce.
9. Population differences; Canada's population is 1/10th of America's, while the landmass is a little bigger. Our population density is very very low.
10. Educational differences; School systems differ between the two countries.
11. Flora/Fauna differences; Different species of plants/animals live in the two countries thanks to the different environments.
12. Urban sprawl; Since Canada has a lot of open space, we can afford to spread out our cities to gargantuan proportions. Doesn't happen so much in the US.
13. Free health care; This is because we are closer to a socialist government rather than a capitalist one. Not 100% clear on this myself, but Canada's government is indeed very close to being socialist if you objectively look at the high taxes, free healthcare, etcetc.
14. Higher taxes; Canada really has super high taxes. 13% tax on anything you buy in Ontario, as well as income taxes that get higher as you make more money. However....
15. Lower cost of living. Generally, Canada has a much much lower cost of living due to the whole "no one wants to really live here" thing going on. Almost anything you find in the US will be cheaper in Canada, assuming it's not imported from the US.
Among others. I just got up so my brain is dead. Needless to say, Canada =/= America.
Also, Nunavut is indeed a territory up north, as of April 1st, 1999. Most of the population here is Inuit, and Iqaluit is the capital city of said territory. They don't live in igloos, if you were wondering.

Hey i'm not going into the details. Just the obvious stuff about health care. and yes the US prices are cheeper but the gas US use is from Canada. And yes Canada is same as America (partially) , we don't live in igloos, we both have internet...
