30 Points to allocate

My current skills are:

All first job skills maxed, except for lv 3 Arrow Blow
Final Attack lv 3
Enhanced Basics lv 0 (Will 100% stay that way)
Thrust lv 7 (No more needed)
Silver Hawk lv 15
Evasion Boost lv 0 (I'm guessing 20% at max, so that's not too impressive)
Bow Expert lv 1
Sharp Eyes lv 1
Hurricane lv 1

Since I have all the 4th job skills up to level 10 now and 30 skill points to blast around, before adding anything I thought I'd consult the experts =)

not sure why you have a level 3 final attack, since you started getting it, max it out

pretty sure it procs on hurricane too now, so that's nice

I got Final Attack VERY soon after I got to second job and hated it so I left it. I know now that it attacks without an extra animation now, counting for 2 hits, but I'm not 100% certain about it in general.

Definitely max FA. It has no delay and works with Hurricane meaning that you get a big damage boost.
For third job, I maxed everything including Evasion Boost and left Thrust at 1.
Not to sure about 4th job: I've distributed my 57 skill points:

1 DB
1 Phoenix
9 SE
16 Bow Mastery
30 Hurricane.
