also Lita Lawless' Quests needs to be done twice

Also, which of Lita Lawless' quests have to be done twice? Do you mean those quests have to be done twice in order to start the Cool as Ice quest?

when u do any of Lita Lawless' quests, another repeatable quest with less rewards appear, this repeatable quest has to be done at least once so the "Cool as Ice" quest would appear, so basically it's doing the same quest twice and this applies to all Lita's Collecting Quests, not sure about "Cleaning up the streets" though
