Can't purchase a shop!
I got some NX Credit from the surveys, and I have 2300 or so, so I went to the cash shop and tried to buy a Regular Store Permit, and I can't!
The BUY button on all the stores is grey and unclickable!
But it's only on the shops! not on gacha tickets, equips nothing else!
can anybody explain why?
