Which is more favorable for fighters/saders/heroes? I've seen a majority of heroes using 2h weps.

Theres no big debate, you can switch between the two by weapons. Optimally a 1handed weapon is better at the end of the game, once you are geared. You don't even have to debate weapon choice anymore you can go on an as weapon basis.Originally Posted by KamiNoRaiden

Btw, the range of the weapon doesn't matter for Heroes, as always. Brandish and Intrepid Slash both have a set range (which is quite big).

Both have same attack range. Only minor (but probably influential) are the the weapon speed differences.
