Ya, I don't plan to get ultra involved either, but because I started this I need to be more involved (it is fairly interesting though from the first day). If you at least come and decide on your issue once a day then you'll be fine.

Hey guys, I'm the Imperial Legion guy staying in your humble region.
@Falkner-Issues are proposed by players, when a name comes up there's a code they use that inserts a randomly assorted name, I suspect from a huge gathered database of example names. Popularized names such as the two you found, along with Adolf, Bush, Clinton, Barack, and a variety of other comical combination's await. You will get repeat issues, that will boost/suppress your nations three main categories as often as you answer them. The name's will never be exactly the same though.
A lot of the issues you'll find will be comical in nature, and sometimes reflect on your personal nation page not quite the way you'd think from the choice you make. :)
