Windows has its own backup program doesn't it o_O?
I've always known that backing stuff up (having backups in general) is always good practice, but my current method of doing so it just so... inconvenient. Usually I just go with copying+pasting all the stuff I want to back up onto my external HDD.
What I'm looking for is a recommendation for a Backup Utility program that has the following characteristics:
- Free
- Makes backups of only new files and/or files that have been altered
- Good UI
The second criteria is a must - my external HDD isn't the biggest (about 80GB) and while all my stuff hasn't reached even 75% of that capacity, I'd like a program that cuts down on time doing the process as well as data redundancy.
The first criteria is the second-most important. A perpetually-free trial version would qualify under this too.
Third criteria is obvious, I gotta understand what I'm clicking through here
Thanks in advance.
Well isn't that interesting?
What's this? You bothered to highlight my sig? You're very bored then, aren't you? Ha. Ha. Ha.

虽然有些疲惫但我还是会
不要问我哭过了没
因为超人不能有眼泪
I haven't had the time to try it and see if it fits the criteria above, or if I've even got it installed.
Yes I know DERP about computers.
Well isn't that interesting?

It compacts your whole system into a single file and stores it onto your external HDD
Same tool to restore
