Apparently now cooldowns do not decrease when you are offline. If you log off while a skill is cooling down, the skill will resume cooling down once you log on. It was something I noticed in Tespia and confirmed this when Nexon said this about a new CK skill.

The buff does not disappear when a character dies, and it cannot be canceled by monster skills. It requires 24 hours of play time to recharge. It is received upon completion of the quest Empress’s Grace, which is available to Lv.120 Cygnus who have made the advancement to Chief Knight.

My concentration cooldown went away when I logged off and logged back on later. :D

At least the Evolving Ring event lasts for more than 17 days. Though if it doesn't stack then I won't bother; I'll start having nightmares of the previous Evolving Ring event.

I'm also slightly disappointed about the Ani Raid; I'd have almost no chance of joining a raid because of where I live. It also seems to be the only way to upgrade the tokens gained from Von Leon.

It's also nice that 7th Day Market was removed. I hated that quest.

Dragon Rider PQ also seems to be fixed. Awesome. I hope they got it right.

And does anyone think the reduction of Elemental wands and staves are now in place? Nexon says yes and Southperry says nothing...though what Nexon says is not always what goes.
I'm hoping that it isn't, as that would be a huge blow to Bishops (apparently).
