Default Forced shutdowns on my laptop

So this 8 month old laptop is starting to get frequent automatic shut downs. It's funny because, whenever I was opening maple and another program, it had no problems whatsoever.

Now unfortunately, 3 months ago, the laptop has been frequently shutting down on its own with graphic and CPU intense games. Games that I was able to run like Bad Company 2 and Borderlands can't run properly without shutting down automatically, even on the lowest settings.

If anything, my last resort is to send this back to Samsung and hopefully the warranty will cover it, or get a new laptop :\

How would I know that it's overheating? All I know is when the CPU speed goes haywire it shuts down by itself.

Go get this and install it.
Check what your temperatures are when you're idle and when you're playing a game.

If you're having CPU problems, here's a solution I use for Vindictus.

Navigate to your Game Launcher (Whatever game you're playing when ti crashes) > Right click > Properties > Compatibility > Click on "Disable Desktop Composition".
Now, when playing Games, it will disable the Aero Glass effects, this has let up over 500mb of ram on my system, and has removed strain from my CPU.
