Funny thing happened last nite on the way to going to my level 105 maker quest, i equipped a Evo2 14 ring and a Evo2 13 ring along with my Evo2 17 ring, and with my +5 speed shoes and a whip, its almost like I have haste! lol
I have 121% passive speed for when I'm whacking something and can't be on my mount.
