What Stacks with Rage?

I was wondering what stacks with a warrior's Rage?

I know Tree Sap and Dragon Blood does, anything else? Something supplied by a vendor perhaps?

Uh, I'm pretty sure items don't stack with rage.
The only thing I can think of would be either passive attack boosts or the ones from skills like battle ship, mechanic's robot, etc.

This. They only look like they stack because the defense drop from rage is still in effect, so the rage icon still appears.

Defense doesn't even drop anymore, I think... But I might be thinking of the Cygnus version.

What the hell, you're right. Even normal fighter rage doesn't drop defense, I wonder what would be causing both icons to appear then? I know dragons blood will still drain your HP if you have both on so theres, that, Does tree sap have a secondary effect as well?

KoC rage doesn't stack with normal rage.
