Error with Straw Target Dummy drops?

I have hunted at STDs for a Black Oriental Fury Coat (M) from 84~88. I have not found one and have literally found every other equip except the Red Battle Lord (M). I may be wrong, since theres no way to actually tell if they don't drop it, but it doesn't look like they do.

So are you implying they also do not drop the Red Battle Lord?

They might have, I forgot if they dropped it for me or not but, the mage overall is for certain.
