I'm not quite sure myself but i think it's a Private maplestory server. I'm considering to move into one, but im not absolutely sure.

I've never personally looked at it, but as far a I know almost every Maplestory Animation ever has used BannedStory for their animations.

It's a simulator. Lets you use the sprites and designs from MapleStory and create stuff.

Nope. They did it because Nexon America uses BannedStory as well.
