There are actually 6 Jaguars. Regular black, red, blue, yellow, purple, and the pure black with glowing eyes "Jaira."

How to obtain Jaira? Are the rumours true?
It's just based on luck. Keep checking each channel until you find Jaira and try checking during inactive times for other people.
They're not rumors. "Jaira" exists.
Look up "Jaira spawn time MapleStory" and you'll come up with a range of times people say it spawns.
This person apparently got it around 9pm EST.
