    Icon6 i can't find the puppeteer..

    i need help on the quest find the puppeteer.. it mention that i need to find a yellow portal to log in at sleepywood... i had waste my a lot of time but i still can't find it out.. anybody pls help??

    it is lvl 28 quest!! pls help...
