Tesi, that could also be a Pinoy. And in some cases, you'd have both language AND cultural division to conversation (such as barriers to talking to outsiders, as was the case in China and Japan before the modern era). Other than that, there are at least a dozen reasons people sit and stare blankly (too many ppl talking and they cant read all the text, lag, party/guild speak is disabled or such, afk, they don't realize they're being referred to). You need to be "sensitive."

Re-education replaced bad personal attitudes with correct social ones that served the purpose of the State.

    Or, not.

She managed to completely freak out right after we kicked her, and from how she was acting in the party, it was obvious she was not lagging. It was very damn obvious we were addressing her, because we were using her full IGN. When the matter is as recreational as online gaming, if someone is not willing to make an effort to communicate, they should not be playing in that region. I'm not going to go that far when it comes to quality-of-life situations, but I do expect some amount of assimilation for cross-region cooperation gaming. At the very basic level, it's against GMS' ToS to not speak English, so expecting that is no stretch.

I couldn't agree more it4l, i just can't stand it when people enter english speaking servers when they don't speak english, but i really have no right to complain when there is no other server. But in the case of LoL and games with other servers, its just rude.

Jesus man, what's up with all these people who don't know a lick of english choose north america as their server/region for basically any game. Team based games are just ruined when you can't communicate with your team
is it wrong to say I hate people who visit the english areas of the internets when they don't know english?
I didn't know North America was strictly for English speaking players, considering North America also consists of Latin America, which is indeed not a continent of its own.

    It's also specified as English
Not to mention the majority of spanish speaking players are all "BR?!!?!?". Nevertheless my hatred for people who make no effort to adapt to situations that basically require english grows.

I hate people who can speak English and can speak but refuse to use mic.

    >They talk a lot
    >Talk some strat
    >Tell them to tell you when to hit uber
    >They use vague voice commands
    Gone with the wind
