You need more forehead. Construction lines are your friend.

Great job on the face, I would not even draw the body since i will screw it up so badly... I also noticed you cannot draw japanese eyes very well. But that's alright... i can only draw eyes. Although usually one is bigger than the other -.-''
the eyes took a huge hit from the scanning, i might ink it and reupload in a few days
The classic japanese eyes are just made up of circles.
