Go to Arec in El Nath. He asks for the Necklace of Strength from Lady Syl. Head back to Kerning and talk to her. Then go into the Door of Dimensions which is in the same map as Jr. Balrog and kill his clone. Take the Dark Charm back to the Dark Lord in exchange for the Necklace of Strength.

Head back to Arec, who demands the Necklace of Wisdom. Go to the holy field and answer 5 questions correctly for the Necklace. Go back to Arec to advance.

Btw, it's not hard to look up how to advance. Google is your friend.

Ok the holy field is in the dead mine, take the black taxi in el nath to get there. It's the.. I think middle portal. Climb down the rope and you see a rock. Correct me if i'm mistaken or confused but i think you need one dark crystal to advance to 3rd job. Like ^ said, you'll be ask 5 questions.
