Yea, we need more mods for sure. With turles and rook being really the only "active" people who can ban bots/trolls, it makes it a bit...difficult at times when one of these appears and neither of those two can be found.
Need of more mods
I agree this is a small community with a ridiculous amount of mods but if you look through the list it will become quickly apparent that we are literally out-of-date. Every super-mod that has banning privileges either quit or are extremely inactive except for Rook. These threads have popped up but none have summerized this point effectively enough so lets go though each mod:

Raisinbran: Last Active 1st October 2011 05:08 PM

That would make Rook the only active member and Raisinbran relatively active. This gets countered by active admins but that isn't enough since when problems do occur it would take hours before an admin, rook or sometimes Raisinbran comes to the scene. In short, I suggest we add two mods who are the most active and respected members.
Also for the sake of this thread's legitimacy, I don't want to be chosen.

I was thinking about demotions after I made my original post. There needs to be some sort of negative repercussion for mods that go inactive for a long period of time.
+1 for this. We need at least one more really/semi active mod.
