I make excellent apple cider... well store bought, but I add stuff to it

i'll be nice and even give you guys the recipe!

you will need
1. Apple Cider (gallon is good)
2. Cinnamon (This Kind) ya know, not ground up...
3. Dried Cloves
4. Dried Jalapeños, Habañeros, or if you are feeling like a wuss, Ancho chilies
5. Crock pot
6. 3 Hours minimum

and here are the proportions!

to 1 gallon of cider (3.8L for you canadian folks)
add 3-5 cinnamon sticks, depending on size
about a half-handful of cloves
5-10 chilies, depending on how strong you want it
turn crock pot on high, cover it, and let it sit and crock for at least 3 hours. When you see this fuzzy-like coagulation attaching itself to the various ingredients (because... well, they will float), you are nearing completion.
