    Default Nexon's Ticketing System

    In the past when you send a ticket it usually takes 3-5 months to get a reply. *A decent response* Not a crap answer. Now when you send in a ticket you get a response within a few days. So they improved their customer service. If only that goes to the same with maple... And i would assume they hired more people to be part of their organization, and help with the game's performance.

    I know how you guys are no proof not true, since there are no references I ask you to go browse the internet

    PAH! I've had a ticket in circulation for about.... 7 months or so now? Still being churned around like a washing machine which doesn't know how to stop. When Nexon improves its customer service to at least an acceptable standard I'll eat my own toilet paper.

    I've heard that most GMs answer tickets now. I'm not sure if that's true or not

    Provide your own damn sources instead of telling us to look it up.

    I play Dragon Nest. It's still Nexon. Still related. Also they commonly don't answer tickets that involve glitches and hacks and when they do it's some bs like "we understand your concern but you deserved it you hacker."

    Nexon is looking after all their games so i guess they improved their customer service for all their games, which is like really good

    I can't say if that's an automated response, and I can't say if Nexon answers any other types of tickets, but at least people are getting responses.
