You can go to Deep Ludi and fight Duel Pirate Ghosts, or Captains in Red Nose Pirate Den 2. You can go to Lion Heart Castle at 110 earliest, however you may well die there if you're not careful (And you might not even get into a party).

Pirates don't give good exp. Like ^ said deep in ludi clocktower and consider R&J PQ, great exp for lvl up
Pirates don't give good exp? They give amazing exp, and if you use Leaf Tornado properly it's even better. I do know what I'm talking about, and it's why I suggested it =P
No one really does party quests, so unless you can team up with friends to do it there's almost no point.

MP3 I'd imagine would be pretty decent for Priests due to elemental weakness (Assuming. Don't know for fact), and it's a popular map, making things even better due to better Holy Symbol use.
MP3 mobs aren't actually weak to holy/heal, they take normal damage
Jr. Selkies are weak to fire, Slimys are weak to lightning
Yes when i'm not PQing but quite rare
