ice ravine?

I've looked at the map here on hidden street and i've gone all over ice valley two over where the dot says the entrance to ice ravine should be and gotten.. nothing. Nadda, zilch, zero. Has the entrance moved to a different map and the map just hasn't been updated?

And before someone says what i've read elsewhere about having to be 80+ and use the dimensional mirror.. nope. Level 97, not there.
