back after several years and stuck at i/l mage.

hi all,

need some help here.
had been playing ms a few years ago and stopped due to commitments.
came back to play and had just levelled up to 120.
i suddenly realised i have not levelled up my skills for quite a few levels. i have 99 skill points...


i already have these level 1 skills (or are there not level 1 skills???):
magic guard - maxed
magic armor - maxed
magic claw - maxed
mp boost - maxed
energy bolt - level 5

also have these ice/lightning basics:
meditation - maxed
slow - maxed
cold beam maxed
thunder bolt - maxed

i tried to level up teleport or spell mastery or high wisdom, but i cannot. i was told i cannot level up cos my level 1 skills are missing.


anyone can help me to understand why??
