What does "cannot load dll" mean?

I had to reinstall MapleStory and I keep getting the error message: "Cannot load Dll!"

What does that mean and how can I get get that file? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it is not working.

Look up the specific one you need, insert into your maple folder. That's how it used to be in the old days.
