I read that the LE has a little less power than a regular 640m. Videos on youtube show it running at 40-50 FPS though.

What resolution was the video on youtube running on? Also, anti-aliasing is a huge FPS killer.

I can run Skyrim on max 60fps stable, but when I throw some AA on it, I lose like 30 fps.
AA is off I'm getting 10fps. I'm really disappointed in knowing that my card can run this game smoothly.

Sure it could. Medium quality no AA. I bet you'll get a decent FPS.

Make sure your GPU is not overheating.
Overheating GPU = decreased FPS
Install Coretemp if you haven't already.
Dove headfirst into machine learning, only to hit the complex wall of GPU computing. It's like trying to solve a puzzle in the dark. In dire need of a GPU Mentor to light the way. Got any leads on someone who can demystify this for me?
