At least the downloader is fixed but now ive got another issue

as soon as either Steam or Maplestory finishes downloading ..the next install screen ends up nothing but a big grey blank square.
because of this i have not been on Maple for 2 months now.

Is there a fix or do i need to see if its the computer causing the issue?
