There's also a very strong possibility that the site isn't a true fan site, but rather a puppet fan site which is directly controlled by Nexon (which would explain why they try to keep their domain WHOIS information private/secret).
It would also explain why they're using the same marketing outfits and would also explain why the site SELLS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Seriously, they do, read the fine print on the site. They fork over any and all personal information to sleaze-ball, third party, spam vendors.
