You can't renew Pet life before expiration? Kind of stupid. Sounds like something that should have been added in years ago when pets were first released.

Unfortunately no (that was the first thing I tried).

The ~reaaaal~ nasty part about it though is that the RED pet came with this special equip along with a really good scroll and a bunch of upgrades... and that equip ONLY works with the RED pet... and so losing the RED pet basically means losing 2,500 ATT for me (and potentially even more for others).

So I just found out that they DID do it on purpose!

I had a screen cap from a few days ago and it was dated 3/16!

Basically while the system was down for their "extended maintenance" (setting the clocks back for 9 hours) this morning, I guess they extended the expiration time of every item in the game by one day... effectively screwing over a bunch of people in the process (which really sucks for me because I just bought pet pickup equips just a few days ago).
