    I try to take short breaks every hour so as not to stress a lot at work. Stress at work for me is probably the biggest problem and all due to the fact that I do not know how to fully respond positively to problem situations that develop. In addition, I am studying at the university and writing a thesis with which I am having problems.     I'm writing a thesis, now stuck on a literature review. I'm trying to do it on my own, but it's not working out. Was sure it was easier easy, but no. Lit review takes too much time, because of work I just don't have that much free time. The thesis is very meaningful to me, so I need to do it at the highest level. I hope the specialists will help me to solve my assignment qualitatively and in time.
