I've been having so much pho lately because there's a good restaurant near the office so I head there for cheap lunch that's not fast food.
A big bowl somehow comes up to only around 400-600 calories, but it's a ton of sodium.
So, sodium bomb every day for lunch :D

If they had an option to offer an option to get 1 bowl of pho and 1 bowl of that noodle stuff as a combo but have their portions at 0.5 and offer it to me at a decent price that would be cool

Google tells me I'm 140 lbs and 5'8". Tbf it is a bit on the heavy side for me atm since I went a bit overboard with upper body exercise in the winter but it's been falling off steadily, targeting 130. There's not much fat to lose since my bf is somewhere in the 8-10% range so it's slow. The fall off is slow since at the same time I'm building leg muscles pretty much at the same rate I'm losing it.
Obviously the reason for this is just efficiency considering I am now actually a somewhat ok level amateur road racer. Which means I put at least 200-300km on the bike every week (translates to like 6-10h since I pretty much never delve into under 30kmh speeds)
I try to stay on a pretty much raw food diet. Most of the time that just means trying to lose all the red meat at the very least if not full vegan because budget reasons mean I can't really afford going all out on the raw food. Main reason is just my stomach getting rather easily upset. Haven't felt so good in ages.
Just because of the rather big amounts of high intensity long riding I do I try to stay well over 3k calories a day but I don't really count apart from race weeks.
