i ate out often for awhile and gained weight. i'm now working on losing it. it's dangerous to exercise frequently while donating plasma, so i'm mainly limiting my caloric intake to lose weight.

my weight is fluctuating between 193 and 197 but it's mainly around 194 now

gonna go the ****ty route and start taking meal replacement shakes
i've been eating enough to maintain my body weight and composition, but would like to drop weight.
i have soylent, i might do it. i was on it for 80%+ of my food for about a month. after a few days your GI tract is used to it and you poop great. I find it tastes a lot better if you use 60-70% of the recommended amount of water.
i've been stalling at 167 lb for some reason. i'm guessing it's because i'm unable to estimate how much food i'm eating. maybe i should switch to soylent full time, it would be easy that way.
Weather needs to cool down so I can go back to having a bowl of pho every day.
