    i stopped eating 1400 kcal a day because donating plasma makes me super hungry + lightheaded and I don't want to pass out. I've just been eating various things and not exercising in any particular way, but i'm steady at 160-165lb

    thinking about joining the military next year so i might get shredded (again) at some point

    wait no I was wrong about not moving I do about 40 pushups per day because gunamerican is preparing us for the apocalypse and gets us to do 5 pushups per hour

    If you're only going to do 5 pushups make sure they're the best, slowest pushups you've ever done. Take 5s to descend, stay at the down position for a count of 5, then push straight up. Remember to keep your elbows pointing back like you're making an arrow with your head so you don't impinge your shoulder and bring your shoulder blades together as you descend. Do enough like that and suddenly 25 normal pushups will become pretty easy.

    8 weeks ago I was running intervals. 30 seconds run, 45 seconds walk for 30 minutes and i was so dead tired i almost RIP

    Now I can run 30 minutes non stop without being too tired :^)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
