All I do is stand and walk.
I eat about 1500 calories a day. Sometimes I don't get enough and I lose weight because calories in < calories out.

I've let my body go and now I am approaching deadly fat levels. WE MUST DEAL WITH IT.
189 ->195 in 1 year. I want to get back to where I was before and possibly even less. I did go down from 216 to 189 4 years ago, but I hit a plateau so now I'm raising back up.
How much do you weigh?
What exercises do you do? How often? Do you have a routine?
What do you eat? How do you control yourself from an eating spree?
How do you make time?

185lbs, 5'9" I'm a fat chunkmonster but I've been this weight since sophomore year of highschool six years ago
I go to gym at least 3 times a week, mostly weightlifting
I eat out maybe once a week, take-out is my bane but I manage to cook food for myself at least 5 times a week
you can't control eating spree, just let it happen
making time is as easy as waking up an hour earlier

i don't count my calories, and i eat kind of whatever
that has to change though since i am looking to drop to at least 200
i lift weights on monday, wednesday, and friday, doing the ICF 5x5, and in between those days i box, but i plan on boxing all together as soon as the summer starts. i've been doing the ICF 5x5 for about 10 months, although one month i completely stopped doing any kind of exercise.
my max PRs for my 'main lifts' are:
bench press: 200
squat: 425
deadlift: 315
they're awkward at the moment because i don't really train my bench or deadlift
my diet is pretty ****ing bad because i am glutton and will eat a ****load at any chance i can get, but that is something i wish to fix. i have learned that tiring myself out as much as i can helps with hunger.
i make time by forcing myself to work out even though i don't want to because i have the worst self image issues and working out and getting buff/jacked/whatever helps improve that, then i'll do whatever it takes.
