I feel so acknowledged now that I've seen 17 people quote me in their sig. And 4 unfortunately.

Select sports nutrition as the area of expertise and type in your zip code and hopefully, you'll find a few sports RDs in your area.

However, pro athletes are heavy supplement users; they often use a very different stack of products vs. the average person. Think athletic recovery (BCAAs, Glutamine) and injury support (Glucosamine, MSM, etc.) vs. muscle gain (protein, creatine, etc.). Maybe something like this helps you out.

Before training, I consume 20 grams of walnuts. This is a good supply of carbohydrates. Walnuts can also help mothers get rid of hypertension and cholesterol, as they open up the arteries and help flush away plaque deposits. On https://prorganiq.com/blogs/new/the-...ring-pregnancy I've learned this since I'm going to be a dad soon
