Default How many supplements / vitamins do you take a day?

I take two (Vit D and Vit C). Just found out that my sister takes 14?! Various including turmeric, vitamins, something for her gut, agnus something or other, cod liver oil, etc

What's everyone else doing? Am I behind the times?

It usually depends on my condition, but I regularly take five vitamins a day

I usually take one tablet of a dietary supplement and a few vitamins a day. I'm sure that these supplements contain all the essential ingredients for optimal joint balance. This is very important to me since I regularly want to go to the gym to stay healthy and fit. They help me with that and are some of the top ones I've tried. They have also helped me get rid of my slow metabolism, and I have started to lose weight much faster than before. Of course, this is not without a healthy diet and plenty of water during the day. I will do my best to achieve my goal.

I drink vitamins seasonally. Most often, I start it in the autumn. However, I go to the gym and therefore prefer sports supplements. I recently started to use Rats.Army. The most important thing in sports supplements is not to overdo and work at the gym. You won’t get results if you don’t practice to the last drop of sweat. The purity and quantity of supplements depend on the individual characteristics of the body. Therefore, it is better to consult with a qualified specialist before starting. The most important thing is not to harm.

I have been taking protein, fish oil and multi-vitamins for years.
Many people will be glad to help you.

I usually take vitamin E C and a multivitamin complex. I also sometimes use HGH. Find these good etalaze reviews on the internet and bought it all there. My friend with whom I work out in the gym bought their steroids cycle for beginners and after that, he gained some muscles. I think about going through a steroids cycle for the same result.

It should be understood that quality supplements, of course, are useful, but they are not a panacea, and taking only them you are unlikely to achieve the desired results. That is why it makes sense to take a closer look at https://lasta.app/features/, it is an excellent supplement with a lot of useful features that can be used for a comprehensive approach, I recommend it.

I take vitamin C, not only as pills but also as serums for my skin. I feel I benefit from them, especially since my skin brightens. Besides this, I take supplements. Currently, I'm taking Paradigm Peptides, and I'm generally satisfied. I started taking them when I changed my routine and diet and started practicing sports. First, I changed what I eat. I currently have a plant-based diet with a lot of vegetables and fruits. I'm taking care to eat healthy fats as well. I also drink a lot of water and eat fish. As to the sports routine, I combine cardio and weight lifting. I do feel like my body enjoys it when I combine these two.
