Or if you’re willing to cut holes in the sheet you can be a ghost. It’s not the most comfortable costume, but you can wear warm clothes underneath if you’re in a place that gets cold at night.
I always keep a witch hat lying around, because it’s really all you need to be a witch. Just pair it with black clothing and you’re set. If you don’t have a witch’s hat, a local **** store or toy store will probably have one.
Face paint is also super easy. You can wear just about anything (especially anything old and/or ripped) and turn yourself into a zombie with make up.
