I only drink freshly brewed coffee in cafes (I don't always have time to make it at home). In general, I drink it quite rarely. I don't think it's good for health and beauty to drink a lot of coffee. But as a drink, I really appreciate it. It was a revelation for me when I tried coffee made of beans that had recently been roasted. I didn't know coffee could have such a rich flavor. Since then, I've been buying beans from coffeeinformer.com consistently every 2 months. My family, of course, has time to drink all the coffee in a few weeks. I still can't drink it often.

"Drinking coffee is harmful!" - some opponents of this drink categorically declare. However, not everything is so clear. Coffee contains a lot of antioxidants and an impressive amount of other substances useful for humans, and the latest research proves that much of what we knew about this drink is nothing more than a myth.

The debate about buying ground coffee versus whole grains has been going on for quite some time. On the website https://foodhow.com/how-to-keep-coff...fter-grinding/ there is more information about this. The most important attribute of coffee is, of course, taste and you need to take a responsible approach to choosing coffee.

The opinion that coffee is harmful is not entirely justified. I think it most likely depends on the characteristics of each human body. There are people for whom even tea is contraindicated, because it also has a lot of caffeine.
