Home Security Systems
I've had ADT home security for five years now. We paid $40 a month until I ran into trouble with my job/income.
I called to cancel but they convinced me to stay by lowering my monthly to $14.99, which I could justify in my budget.
Since that time, every three months, they increase my monthly and I have to call to get them to lower it.
Today they told me they can only do 24.99/month.
I see all types of do-it-yourself security systems on the web, that seems to be less expensive than ADT. (eg, SimpliSafe .50/day)
My question is:
Has anyone here had experience with such systems and if so, which do you recommend?
Once established, do they raise the monitoring rate?
Thank you,
Ed

Slime
I moved to a new house recently and decided to install a home security system. I read a lot of reviews and spent many hours surfing the web to find a solution. I contacted reolink customer service and bought Wi-Fi security cameras. I think it's enough for me and there is no need to pay every month.
