    In my previous company, we had a really lousy HR director who felt some sort of personal offense to implement a proper leave monitoring system as well as other important HR-related tasks. Problems started already upon recruitment. Later, this guy was fired, and his successor suggested a wonderful HR onboarding software that gradually extinguished the chaos in our firm.
