From start to finish my whole experience with this place has been a complete nightmare , check lattelier reviews . Ordered a coat online after seeing it on their Insta page, my money was taken prior to dispatch. On dispatch I found the tracking details to be fake - they stated Hermes would be picking up my order in the UK, but failed to provide international tracking information until I constantly chased them hour by hour (I too got the 'people on holiday for Chinese New Year excuse as others seem to have had). The international tracking information wasn't real time - so I assumed that was non legitimate.
