How good is the quality of the KLOOK services? I will be grateful to everyone for the feedback, they will help me a lot. There is a lot of different information on the Internet, but I would like to hear your feedback.

Hi, I have booked the ibis KLCC hotel from March 10, 2023 (check-in) to March 19, 2023 (check-out). However, I KLOOK reviews received exactly the same ticket in the form of a booking confirmation e-mail after making payments, but still did not verify this. Also, I can't even track my booking number after logging into my klook account. Please check if my booking is successful or not. We greatly appreciate your response!!! Thank you.
