FA worth getting??

alot of lvl 60 people have FA at lvl 25 ish so they can KB tauros and stuff if they have DS. AB people dont really need it cuz AB is stronger anyways -_-

but FA is convenient vs higher lvl monsters

Actually DS is stronger, proven over and over again, there for greater chance of flinching monsters.
Where does this AB knock back myth come from? (maybe from the people who learned it trying to make themselves feel better >.>)

If you're a Hunter, and you want it, get FA. Especially if you don't think you'll make it to 3rd job (which is out now, if you haven't noticed lol). The alternative is PKB, which isn't all that great.

If you're an xbowman, i don't recommend getting FA.
a) you're already strong enough without it
b) you're already slow enough without it (it will slow you down even more)
c) it will mess with your ability to spam Iron Arrow, thus making it harder to control crowds with it.

the AB thing is becoz the dmg for DS is split into 2 arrow,s while AB is one single arrow. DOH


xbowmen are not THAT much stronger. abt the same dmg, slightly more only. slowing down? doubt it. 2 DS is slower than 1 DS and 1 FA. if u can 2hko something, it speeds u up. if u can ohko, FA may kill the next monster behind.

and it doesnt affect ur spamming. ur FA will screw up the first monster, then u can continue =)
