Is it a scam when u pick up droped items?

I picked up his Ark Staff and a Red Flowery Tube! He also droped some sort of Axe and a scimitar , but i was not successful in picking those up.

lol well the reason i asked is because even some of my buddy's also said im a scammer! But i geuss this poll tells the truth. Yay for me.

lotsa pple in MS have a bad command of english. they either need to check the dictionary or go to school more often rather than spend so much time in MS. this guy obviously does not know what is the meaning of scamming. You are definitely not a scammer.

the other day i went to this particular map and there was a mage there already fighting. when i joined in, he shouted "Stop KS-ing my spot!" hahaha~!!! How on earth does a person KillSteal a spot?!?! Lolz...whats more interesting is I am a rouge. A rouge KS-ing a mage? Lolz....

One day while i was playing MS I saw this mage droping stuff like candy in the henesys weapon shop(Arc Staff, Red tube, etc). He had teleported up and behind the desk and started droping things, there was mostly noobs there so they had no way on getting the stuff. So after i got done selling some etc items i just teleported over to where he was and i just gladly picked the stuff up. He then called me a scammer and of course defamed. Was this wrong? And am i a scammer?

....And i dont kno if it had anything to do wit it but i was dressad up in lvl 40 gloves, shoes, earrings, lvl 38 wand and noob shirt and pants.......

Don't listen to that noobie mage wannabe. If someone drops an item they relinquish all rights to ownership of that item. And what you did isn't even close to scamming.

When a user willingly removes an item from their inventory, no matter what the circumstances, they relinquish all ownership of that item. It's like signing an in-game contract, because items are 100% yours until you remove them from your inventory.

I say kudos to you. I hate people who drop stuff and then complain if you get it.

They never drop anything valueable, anyway. :|
