sushi is okay...im more into the raw fish aspect of it rather than the rice though.
as for delicacies or the like, anything with chocolate and chili in it is godly. i had a chocolate and chili macaroon before, and that was the shiznit.

dude, sashimi is the pwnzors!!! Raw abalone, raw horseneck (a type of gigantic clam), raw salmon... extremely delicious. Might seem nasty to some people, but asain seafood is a major part of my diet :lol:

Seriously, my mom tried it reluctantly and said it tasted like oysters. I luv it like that. :D
