I have more characters on global servers...
If they still give 60 exp for 400 HP, then that would be one of the best Health:EXP ratios I've seen. By all means, keep training at them. But, if it is 550:42, then go to Ant Tunnel and Zombie Mushrooms. They have 500 health and give the same EXP.
I play on GMS, so I don't know if it changed or not.

...according to old guides, that was the hp-exp ratio. I know zombie mushrooms are better if it's 550:42. But seriously, I need to know...and I don't want to risk 6k going to Zipangu and probably dieing...

5% really isn't that much...& if you're that poor that you can't waste 6k, maybe you should wait & find out for yourself. =/
It's correct. They lowered it in MSEA. This goes for Flaming Racoons, Cloud Fox as well. I guess the hackers have moved on.
