She also hinted that the outcome may hinge on your training.[Complete all story quests up to Lv. 75 for each job to proceed to the new story quest, The Birth of an Alliance. (The Explorer does not have a separate story quest.)][Once you join the Alliance, you can learn the Willpower of the Alliance skill, a new passive skill that will allow you to gain the Member of the Alliance Emblem.][You will only be able to access the Silent Crusade and Arkarium quests after joining the Alliance.]
