Kaiser plans to lower the city’s defensive shields, lure Magnus’s army inside, then turn them back on to cause massive damage. He needs you to take care of the Specters while the shields are down. Once they are back on, you’ll need to go to the southern border to fight any enemies that appear there.If you fail this quest, you must forfeit and start over.
