Procedures: Time for the third training course from Elex. Talk to Elex at the Resistance Headquarters: Training Room Entrance in the Resistance Headquarters to begin. The next course is meant to build endurance. Go inside the Resistance Headquarters: Training Room C and eliminate Training Robot Cs within. Since Training Robot C has very high HP, eliminating it will take time and patience. You finished Elex's without breaking a sweat. All this basic training is making you eager to build your strength back up.
