Go to Twisted Forest: Savage Dog Forest, eliminate the Specter Battle Hound monsters, and obtain 50 Battle Hound Broken Horn items. You bought some time by eliminating the Battle Hounds. Go see Edea at Heliseum: Commander Barracks and find out what else you can do to help the HQ.
